PHASE 1 PUBLICATION & DISTRIBUTION POLICY STATEMENT
For Interview Contributors and Featured Professionals
This document is intended to clarify the scope of services provided to all contributors who participate in interviews, feature articles, and editorial collaborations. It serves to establish transparent expectations regarding publication, distribution, and marketing responsibilities.
1. Publication
Upon approval by the contributor, the finalized article will be formally published through our editorial platform.
Our publication process includes:
- Professional editorial development and narrative shaping
- Fact alignment based on submitted or approved information
- Structured formatting for professional readership
- Placement within our official newsletter and/or publishing channel
Each published feature is crafted with care to reflect a high standard of integrity, clarity, and professional elevation. Our objective is to present contributors in a thoughtful, supportive, and credible manner that aligns with our educational and advocacy mission.
2. Distribution
Publication and distribution are distinct functions.
As part of our standard role, we distribute the published article through our established professional ecosystem, which may include:
- Clinicians
- Educators
- Health organizations
- Advocacy groups
- Partner newsletters and professional networks
In this capacity, we function as a newswire within our niche healthcare and professional community—providing access and visibility within our readership network.
This distribution is organic and relationship-based, aligned with our nonprofit mission and available communication channels.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Broader, proactive marketing campaigns fall outside the scope of our standard publication agreement and nonprofit operating budget.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Paid advertising or sponsored placements
- Targeted promotional outreach campaigns
- Influencer partnerships
- Expanded social media amplification beyond organic posting
- Media buying or press pitching outside our network
While we invest significant editorial and public relations effort into creating a high-quality feature designed to elevate your work, we do not allocate funds or staffing for extended marketing initiatives beyond standard publication and distribution.
4. Contributor Amplification
We strongly encourage all contributors to leverage their published article within their own marketing channels.
Recommended actions include:
- Sharing the article link across personal and corporate social media platforms
- Including the feature in newsletters or email campaigns
- Sending the link to prospects, partners, and referral networks
- Incorporating the article into media kits or website press sections
Your internal marketing or communications team is best positioned to amplify the article in alignment with your broader brand strategy and promotional goals.
5. Additional Marketing Support
If a contributor wishes to explore expanded promotional services, strategic marketing planning, or structured amplification campaigns, these services may be discussed separately under a defined agreement.
Such services would require a separate scope of work and budget allocation.
Closing Statement
Our mission is to provide meaningful editorial visibility within our professional healthcare ecosystem while maintaining transparency about our operational capacity.
We appreciate your understanding of these parameters and value your collaboration in helping extend the reach of your published feature.
Thank you for your continued partnership and trust. |
